How to submit a new complaint

Important: All images and information are securely processed exclusively on 3D Composite servers.

  1. Take pictures that clearly show the defect
  2. Scan the QR code on the back of the defective part
  3. Set the number of affected parts
  4. Add a brief description of the defect and attach images of the issue
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with your images available for download
